Executive
At Technowebs, we are hiring 3 SEO & SEM Executives to grow client websites on Google. You will plan keyword strategy, optimise on-page and technical SEO, build quality backlinks and run high-ROI Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with clear reporting on rankings, traffic, leads and ROAS.

Part 01
Responsibilities
- 01Keyword research and strategy using Google Keyword Planner, Semrush or Ahrefs
- 02On-page SEO: titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, alt text and URLs
- 03Technical SEO audits: crawl errors, sitemap, robots.txt, schema, page speed and Core Web Vitals
- 04Off-page SEO and link building through guest posts, directories, outreach and local citations
- 05Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) to improve Quality Score and ROAS
- 06Support Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns with targeting, A/B tests and retargeting
- 07Manage Google Business Profile listings, reviews and local rankings
- 08Track rankings, traffic and leads in GA4 and Search Console and share monthly client reports
Part 02
Requirements
- 01Graduate in any stream (BCA, BBA, B.Tech, B.Com or similar); a digital marketing certification is a plus
- 021 to 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads, or a strong fresher with real project work
- 03Good knowledge of on-page, off-page and technical SEO best practices
- 04Able to set up, run and optimise Google Ads (Search and Display) campaigns
- 05Comfortable with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Semrush or Ahrefs
- 06Strong written English or Bengali/Hindi, with an eye for data and detail
- 07Ability to cooperate with the team
